Heritage Roasting Co is the home to the Shasta Lake Farmers Market, a newly established Evening Farmers Market on Saturdays from 6PM to 9PM. The 2019 Season runs from May 4th to October 26th and has seen tremendous growth for being such a young Market.

The Coffee House is open during this time serving a full menu with the special addition of Beer and Wine. Food Trucks set up in front of the Orchard, along side Shasta Dam Blvd.
