Heritage Coffeehouse has been a cherished gathering spot for our community since 2013. More than just a friendly place for families to share lunch or for individuals to grab their daily coffee, our Shasta Lake Coffeehouse has also hosted meetings, parties, and even weddings.

Our primary goal in our daily operations is to create a welcoming environment where warm memories can be made. This commitment extends to those wonderful guests, who choose to celebrate important moments in their lives within our space.

The Basics

Weekend events[Sat & Sun] start at $500 and weekday events[Mon-Fri] start at $350 for the first 4 hours of total time - including set up and clean up.

Events held in our downstairs space are after regular coffeehouse hours only, which is after 3:30PM Monday thru Saturday and 2:30PM on Sundays.

All events include the use of coffeehouse tables & chairs, our overhead sound system, and an on-site host for the duration of your event.

We have various add on’s, most notably, various coffeebar service options, catering, and the use of our beautiful string-lit patio.

Treat your guests to the Heritage Coffeehouse experience by adding on coffeebar service. [And yes, we serve amazing decaf, perfect for your evening events!]

~ Hosted Coffee Bar ~ $500 + 18% gratuity 4 Hours

For hosts that want to pay for unlimited drinks for their guests.

~ No-Host Coffee Bar ~ $50/Hour min 2hrs

For events where guests are paying for their own drinks.

~ Self-Serve Coffee or Tea ~ $30 - $180
